Product Care

Handmade pottery is delicate but also durable. If you take care of your ware it can last a long time. I recommend hand washing your pottery, but if want to use a dishwasher place it on the top rack and avoid a heat dry cycle. It’s microwave safe although best to avoid using it.

Refund and Exchanges

All sales are final. If you’re dissatisfied with your piece, exchanges will be honored within one week of receiving your piece. If a piece arrives broken, please contact me immediately and send me a picture of the piece to discuss a resolution. Additional shipping charges may apply.

Custom Orders

I am happy to fulfill custom orders for mugs, cups, bowls, vases, and planters. A 50% non-refundable deposit is required before I begin to make your piece. The remaining balance and shipping charges are due prior to shipment. Please allow 2-6 weeks to make your piece from the order date.
